Questions we get asked

Do I need to book?
Not at all — walk in and we will find you something. If you want a particular station at a particular time, you can reserve one online and our staff will confirm it by WhatsApp or a call. For a group or the screen room, ring us first.
Where exactly are you?
25, Ravindra Garden Rd, Sector E, Aliganj, Lucknow. We are on the 2nd floor — take the stairs up from the street entrance.
What time do you close?
Midnight, every day. We open at 12 noon.
Can I play on a PC here?
No — we are consoles and cue sports. Three PS5s, two snooker tables, pool, table tennis, VR and a private screen room, but no PCs.
Is there food?
Yes, a full café. Order at the counter and we will bring it to your table so you do not have to stop playing.
Can I come on my own?
Of course. Plenty of people do — a console, a frame of pool against the table, or just food and a place to sit.
